Description: There is something special about sunflowers. Each one is unique. This is a close up view of a single sunflower. I show the variation of yellow in the petals and use oil paint to add its texture. The leaves pick up on blue as well as green. You can see the veins in the leaf. It is a very dramatic painting. This is a wrapped edge canvas. I have painted the edges so that a frame is not necessary. This painting is signed with the initials MS.
